Selected Work from The Home Depot

Over 8 years at The Home Depot, I grew from intern to Principal, leading design across complex platforms supporting Store and Supply Chain teams. I’m driven by understanding the people behind the process, uncovering hidden friction, surfacing unmet needs, and shaping cohesive experiences that feel seamless at scale. I partner closely with product, engineering, business, and operations to bring comprehensive solutions to life, connecting deep human insight with strong systems thinking. My work has eliminated thousands of hours of operational friction while delivering experiences that are intuitive by design, which reduces the need for training and increases user confidence. I use research and data-driven storytelling to align stakeholders, influence strategy, and ensure the solutions we ship are not only effective, but thoughtfully crafted and built to delight.
